Practicing mindfulness improves all aspects of our lives – from food to relationships, focus, performance at work, resilience and amount of positive emotions.

 

Leonardo da Vinci described the average person as one who “looks without seeing, listens without hearing, touches without feeling, eats without tasting, moves without awareness of odor or fragrances, and talks without thinking”

 

Mindfulness is the best way to experience life to the fullest and it is proven to change our brain and emotions for calmer and happier.

In these two workshop, we will explore mindfulness in a playful, interactive, practical, engaging and enjoyable way. The workshops will be built on strong scientific foundations and delivered in a relaxed way, within small and positive group.

Two workshops are independent so you can join just one of them. As joining both is much richer in terms of learning, new exercises and more ideas on applying mindfulness in everyday life, we decided to offer a “joint price” in case you decide to join both workshops together.

The first workshop will be focused on practices more related to using body for mindfulness – exploring our senses, breathing techniques and mindful movement. Using body make it easier to keep firm focus and be mindful simply because body is more tangible than the mind.

The second workshop will be focus on range of diverse practices of working with our thoughts. These practices help us to recognize our thinking patterns better, but also to step into more relaxed and calm states. 

Both workshops will be highly practical, with a range of engaging, fun and easy exercises.

While we will experiment with several exercises directly on the workshops, you will also leave with a very rich toolbox of new ideas for more simple tools and exercises to practice mindfulness in everyday life.

This workshop is based on trainers experience with MBSR – Mindfulness-based stress reduction 8-week long scientific course on mindfulness course, several experiences of Vipassana – 10 days silent meditation retreats famous worldwide, mindful eating courses and many more mindfulness experiences, knowledge, exercises and practices.
